Places to kickback and relax after work 001

Monday, November 3rd, 2008

Cheers! One month ends, a new one begins. ‘Twas a sudden whim that took Karen and I to City Space, and it was also the 2nd time I landed at the 70th floor of Swissotel Stamford, first, being the surprise birthday bash for a friend named Marlon at Equinox Restaurant, mid this year.

Equinox Restaurant has a better view of the entire Esplanade area from its glass panels, but I preferred the City Space because of its lovely jazz music. A non-alcoholic drink costs me a hefty price of S$20 bill though, but the ambiance, the great panoramic view of the entire city and the relaxing music really are worth paying for.

Thanks to Karen who urged me to find a place for kickback and relax, we only planned to have J. Co donut at Raffles City Mall, though.

upnext… the Asian Civilization Museum.

P.S

1. Make sure you have the “front-row seats”

2. The “front-row seats” couldn’t accommodate a group of more than 4 friends.

3. A good place to relax.

Try spelling “stressed” backward and u will know the solution for it.
